Day 1 Workshop: Diagnostic HR Analytics

The Diagnostic HR Analytics Workshop on Day 1 provided participants with a deep dive into the concept of emotional intelligence and its role in human resource management. Led by the esteemed Ms. Saadia Khan and Dr. Muhammad Sajjad Ashraf, the session was both interactive and enlightening. Participants explored how emotional intelligence impacts organizational dynamics and individual performance. The speakers guided participants through assessments to measure their emotional intelligence, with personalized reports shared via email to provide valuable feedback.
At the conclusion of the session, Mr. Muhammad Waqas, Program Manager BS-Business Analytics, and Mr. Burhan Ahmed, President of the Analytics Society, expressed their gratitude by presenting tokens of appreciation to the esteemed speakers.
The workshop left attendees inspired and equipped with actionable insights into leveraging emotional intelligence for personal and professional growth.
