BUSINESS ANALYTICS AND PROGRAMMING

INTRODUCTION

BS (BAP) aims to produce graduates who possess an analytical mindset and are keen to lead in the corporate sector by integrating data analytics, programming, digital globalization and business fundamentals. The students will also be introduced to several programming libraries for data visualization and they will learn how to apply their knowledge to solve business problems.

FACULTY

The Department’s faculty members are highly trained and have extensive backgrounds in both teaching and research at prestigious universities. The majority of them have extensive professional histories in the field. The faculty is actively involved in creating futuristic concepts to address current business issues. Such initiatives have a great chance of receiving funds and grants both domestically and abroad. The faculty is enthusiastic about management development and possesses strong subject-matter expertise. As a result, there are courses in business analytics and programming that combine considerable academic knowledge with research, consulting, and
industry experience.

Through its research and methodologies, business analytics enables the organization to pinpoint risks and create risk-reduction plans. After the data has been examined, the products and services can be personalized.

CAPSTONE PROJECTS

Students are offered capstone projects in their final semester. These projects allow students to work on real world business issues. Under this program, students are required to work as a consultant to a client company under the guidance of a faculty supervisor and a corporate mentor.

FOREIGN LINKAGES

The International Education Resource Center (IERC) has been set up with the goal of promoting higher education opportunities in Germany, Turkey, Malaysia and China at DHA Suffa University. It strives to provide an interface for DHA Suffa University’s students to access the study abroad programs of leading international universities. through different initiatives such as Senior Experten Service (SES), each year, a number of foreign faculty members from top business schools are invited to teach at DHA Suffa University. The students of DSU gain an edge by having exposure to the international affiliations.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR BS (BUSINESS ANALYTICS AND PROGRAMING)

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Applicants are required to bring a set of copied documents for application processing:

OPTIONAL:

Valid test scores of NTS (current year) or SAT I (within two years) if appeared. Applicants Submitting NTS or SAT I test scores shall be exempted from taking DSU’s entrance test. However, candidates who do not have good enough NTS or SAT I scores will be advised to appear in the DSU Admissions Test for better chances of securing admission
