    Sobia Iqbal has recently accomplished her doctorate degree from the University of Karachi in Dec 2020. Besides being an active researcher, she has vast Academic and Industrial experience. She gained expert training experience by sharing her knowledge in many public and private organizations. Her believe in the art of Learn, De-learn, and Re-learn forces her to share the knowledge at grass root level, where the personalities develop.

    Dr. Ammad Zafar is an esteemed scholar with a Ph.D. from the Department of Public Administration at the University of Karachi. His expertise spans education, health, transportation, entrepreneurship, financial management, and gender studies, demonstrated by his extensive publication record in both national and international journals. He served as a Graduate Research Assistant on a collaborative project between George Mason University and the University of Karachi, where he contributed to developing research questions and conducted interviews with 11,000 participants in Karachi. Proficient in data analysis using SPSS and Smart PLS, Dr. Ammad has conducted comprehensive surveys to explore Karachi’s dynamics. As an Associate Professor in
    the Department of Management Sciences at DHA Suffa University, Karachi, he excels in teaching and mentoring future management professionals. His experience includes administration, technical and financial services, and human resources, providing him with valuable practical insights.
