Dr. Ammad Zafar is an esteemed scholar with a Ph.D. from the Department of Public Administration at the University of Karachi. His expertise spans education, health, transportation, entrepreneurship, financial management, and gender studies, demonstrated by his extensive publication record in both national and international journals. He served as a Graduate Research Assistant on a collaborative project between George Mason University and the University of Karachi, where he contributed to developing research questions and conducted interviews with 11,000 participants in Karachi.
