FACULTY

The DSU faculty of Mechanical Engineering is one of the best team of experts available in this part of the country. It is a decent blend of experience in teaching, research and industrial expertise, namely in areas of HVACR, Materials Engineering, Propulsion Systems, Renewable Energies, CAD, Computational Mechanics, CAE, Simulations, Rotor Dynamics, Structural Mechanics, and Mechanical Vibrations. Their knowledge and expertise will nurture the students to learn and adopt best engineering and technical practices. The future Mechanical Engineers of DSU will be the leaders of tomorrow’s Pakistan.

Mechanical Engineering Laboratories

DSU Mechanical Engineering Laboratories are designed to supplement the Mechanical Engineering Degree Program comprehensively. The ME laboratories are designed to provide hands-on experience and practical application to classroom theory using modern state-of-the-art equipment. An additional feature is the use of software with high-speed computers to design and verify advanced concepts of engineering like Fluid Dynamics, Heat Transfer, Structural Analysis, Materials Engineering, Manufacturing Technologies, CNC Processes, Optimization of Processes, Control Systems, Vibrations and Robotics. DSU has established the following ME laboratories and workshop facilities:
