1.INSTITUTIONAL PERFORMANCE EVALUATION (IPE)
At the Institutional level, the University was satisfactorily evaluated by HEC team during “Review Visit to comply with PMs Directives for QA and Good Governance” in January 2016. The Institutional Performance Evaluation (IPE) was carried out by HEC Team in September 2017. Self-IPE for the year 2018-19 was carried out on 11th and 12th April 2019, Self-IPE for the year 2019-20 was carried out on 25th and 26th March 2021, and Self-IPE for the year 2021-22 was carried out on 16th and 17th June 2022.

2.SELF-ASSESSMENT OF PROGRAMS
Self-assessment of all programs is conducted according to the HEC’s Self-Assessment Manual. Self- assessment involves appointment of members of Program Team (PT), preparation of Self-Assessment Report (SAR) by the PT, appointment of members of Assessment Team (AT), review of SAR and visit of the department by AT, presentation of their findings in Exit Meeting by AT. This is followed by submission of Executive Summary to VC by Director QEC for his approval. Implementation Plan addressing the weaknesses is prepared by the HoD of the relevant department and is approved by the Dean and VC. QEC follows up the progress on Implementation Plan by periodically receiving implementation status from the concerned department. SARs of all programs offered at DHA Suffa University have gone through the self-assessment process stated above. The programs for which SARs were prepared and self-assessment was completed are listed below::

Programs that fall under the purview of accreditation councils are not required to prepare SARs. These programs are listed below:
